Open house at the House of Sports
This is just a reminder to you all that the Paradise Chocolate Fest, Inc. is hosting an Open House at the House of Sports the weekend of March 27th and 28th., from 12:00 to 4:00 each day.
As you probably know, the House of Sports is a beautifully remodeled home at the corner of Pentz Rd. and Conifer Dr. that is being offered in a raffle to raise funds to help maintain the sports programs at Paradise High School. The project aims to raise $500,000 through the sale of 5,000 $100 tickets, with the goal of providing long-term fiscal stability to the sports program.
Since this endeavor is so much in the spirit of providing healthy youth activities on the Ridge it is most fitting for the Paradise Chocolate Fest to lend support.
By hosting a weekend Open House we hope to encourage all of our chocolate loving community members to come visit the House of Sports and take a chance (or several) to win this lovely home!
We will be providing refreshments, which will include a chocolate fountain with lots of
“dip-able” morsels along with other tasty treats.
There will be several smaller raffles throughout the day, with chances to win a $100 house raffle ticket, along with other prizes.
Several Chocolate Fest board members will be on hand , including the “Queen Mother” and some of the Chocolate Queen candidates.
Anyone who would like to support this event by contributing refreshments or raffle prizes is asked to contact Chris Hoffman at 872-3031.
