"An Evening of Chocolate &
Wine"
A Taste of the Sweet Life
under the stars at Paradise
Community Park
Friday, May 7th, 2010 •
7:00-10:00 pm
Preparations are underway for the 5th
Annual international award-winning Paradise Chocolate Fest!
This chocolate extravaganza is
“choc-full” of activities spanning two weekends in May, with the grand finale
day-long Fest scheduled the Saturday before Mother’s Day in beautiful Paradise,
California.
One of the true highlights of the
Paradise Chocolate Fest is the chocoliciously indulgent “Evening of Chocolate
& Wine”- a Taste of the Sweet Life!
This deliciously decadent event has
become an annual Fest favorite!
Last year’s attendance at the “Evening of Chocolate & Wine”
topped 250, including the North Valley’s civic, business and community leaders,
Paradise Chocolate Fest’s most passionate supporters, and visitors from
afar. By popular demand, the event
has expanded and will be held in its new venue, Paradise Community Park,
surrounded by tall pines and majestic oaks, under the starlight. We are excited
about plans for the 2010 event, and we anticipate another huge
success.
Join the fun and festivities of this
spectacular evening, Friday, May 7th, 2010 from 7:00-10:00
pm.
Expertise in the pairing of chocolates
and fine wines will be demonstrated by Karen White, representative of the
award-winning and internationally renowned Guittard Chocolate Company of San
Francisco.
Guests will enjoy a fun-filled evening
which features the pairing of a multitude of fine California Wines with decadent
chocolates. An added treat this year will be an
expanded selection of specialty beers to taste and savor the flavor. The
festivities continue with a cascading 3-foot chocolate fountain and delicious
chocolate candies and desserts for a sweet treat. A vast array of savory appetizers and
local artisan food samplings will round out “tastings” of the evening. Smooth sounds of cool jazz entertainment
will fill the air, and our always popular wine auction and wine pairing
competition will add to the fun and excitement of the event. Guests may also choose to indulge
themselves with a Chocolate Paradise Martini, or visit the specialty coffee bar
served with or without your favorite late-night libation. Soft drinks, water and complimentary
RW Knudsen juices will
also be available.

& Wine” are $50. VIP Table Sponsorships are $650, and include Reserved
